A friendly voice at the end of the phone to make sure all is well, offer assistance and guidance, and take away all the pressures and hassle of going abroad. Giving you the peace of mind you truly desire. Put simply… we’ll take care of all the little things, so you can sit back and relax.

What’s included in the Concierge service?, we hear you ask...

THE LEAD-UP

The lead-up to your trip is a journey itself. Whilst you count down the days, we’ll be dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s to make sure everything is just right. Keeping in touch with you throughout, your Travel Consultant will keep you abreast of any developments or changes that may affect your holiday and make the necessary arrangements. You won’t need to lift a finger.

They’re also on hand to make any tweaks or additions to your itinerary, including:

  • Excursions, experiences and show tickets

  • Airport hotel and/or car parking

  • Airport lounge passes or security fast track

  • Car hire or extra transportation

  • Adjusting your travel arrangements should it be your desire. We ourselves will never charge you an amendment fee. Airlines and tour operators may charge for amendments.

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

As you approach your final 40-day countdown to embark on your escape, we will remind you of all travel rules and entry requirements for your destinations(s) to ensure you don’t miss anything.

We’ll liaise with airlines, hotels and tour guides in relation to your individual requirements, whether that be dietary needs or personal preferences, and make all the final arrangements; particularly when you’re celebrating a special occasion.

We can also arrange:

  • Advice on the best way to pre-book your seats on the plane

  • Restaurant recommendations & dinner reservations

  • Spa treatments and experiences

  • Excursions, experiences and show tickets (assisted by the Travel Consultant)

  • Special treats in your room, including champagne, birthday cakes & decorations

  • Any other special requests or requirements

THE TIME HAS ARRIVED

With a ‘Bon Voyage Call’ during the week of your departure, we’ll ensuring you’ve received your final paperwork and are comfortable that you have all you need to jet off into the sunset.

Our Concierge Team will:

  • Submit your passport information, dietary requirements and any airport assistance requests to the airline(s)

  • Advise how to best select your seats if you wish to pre-book them

  • Check you in for your flights and issue your boarding passes, and we’ll do the same for your flight home so you can enjoy your last couple of days without the worry.

All that’s left for you to do is deciding on what outfits to pack, and then you’re ready to go!

For good measure, Your Travel Consultant will also be in touch a few days before you travel to wish you the best holiday, and again once you’ve reached your destination to make sure you have arrived safely and have settled into your accommodation.

We always love to receive photos and videos from our clients whilst they’re on holiday. Whilst it makes us incredibly jealous, it always makes our day!

That’s why your Travel Consultant will give you a call once you’ve returned to reality, to hear all about your treasured memories and find out what you enjoyed most from your OUT of this WORLD experience.

We often find that it’s the perfect time to chat about where you’re thinking of escaping to next. There’s nothing like getting over the post-holiday blues than by booking your next one!
